As an IT Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, overseeing service delivery, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will work closely with our technical teams to implement and maintain IT solutions, leveraging tools like Zabbix, Nagios, and SolarWinds. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of IT services and solutions.
• Oversee service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure they are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate with technical teams to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with sales teams to upsell and cross-sell additional services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT service management.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT account management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management.
• Proven experience with IT service management tools such as Zabbix, Nagios, or SolarWinds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or Cisco are a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
