In this role, you will use a variety of payroll software and tools, including Oracle Payroll, to manage and process payroll. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all payroll transactions and for ensuring that all payroll processes are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Use Oracle Payroll to manage and process payroll, including entering time and attendance data, calculating wages and deductions, and generating pay stubs.
• Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions, including time cards, pay stubs, and W-2 forms.
• Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including payroll registers, payroll summaries, and payroll tax forms.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing, including the calculation of bonuses, commissions, and other year-end adjustments.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll tax filings, including federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
• Assist in the preparation of payroll-related correspondence, including payroll notices, payroll change forms, and payroll FAQs.
• Assist in the training and development of new payroll staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using Oracle Payroll and other payroll software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations, including federal, state, and local payroll taxes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
