📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit customer homes to collect payments and address any issues related to loan repayments.
• Use the Home Credit Collection System (HCCS) to track customer interactions and ensure accurate payment processing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide tailored solutions to customers to help them manage their financial obligations.
• Document all customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding payments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations related to collections.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in collections and customer service.
• Report to your supervisor on a regular basis to provide updates on your activities and any issues that require attention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or customer service roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy in documentation.
• Familiarity with using computer systems and software, including Home Credit Collection System (HCCS).
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for customer visits.
