📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect payments and resolve financial issues
• Use FIFGROUP's Collection Management System to track and manage collections
• Provide financial advice to help clients maintain good credit standing
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Report on collection activities and performance to the team
• Ensure compliance with FIFGROUP's policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with the collection team to achieve targets
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in collections or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good knowledge of banking and financial services
• Familiarity with collection software and tools
• Valid ID and driving license
• Ability to travel and work in various locations
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
