📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
• Track and reconcile client payments, maintaining accurate financial records.
• Handle daily cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure financial compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain and update financial documents and reports.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and ensuring cash flow accuracy.
• Support the accounting team in preparing monthly financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certification in accounting or financial management is a plus.
