📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations and decision-making processes.
• Train and educate employees on environmental best practices and corporate sustainability initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving environmental regulations and industry trends, ensuring that PERSOL remains proactive in its environmental stewardship.
• Participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting, providing accurate and timely information to stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of sustainability within the industrial estate, encouraging and supporting tenants in their environmental efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental compliance and sustainability, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Certifications such as ISO 14001, LEED AP, or equivalent environmental management qualifications are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian government and international organizations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP EM, QA-Global, or similar tools.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive environmental performance improvements.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
