• Develop and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in manufacturing systems optimization.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Work closely with suppliers and vendors to improve the overall supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing systems optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Proficiency in using SAP, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
