📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, training and development, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee payroll and benefits administration using SAP Payroll and other HR software.
- Conduct regular HR audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align HR strategies accordingly.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to drive continuous improvement.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Certification in HR management, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience with HR software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday, is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
