📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of oil and chemical tankers, ensuring safe and efficient navigation.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with international maritime regulations, including SOLAS, ISM, and ISPS.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of the vessel's systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans.
• Collaborate with the technical and administrative teams to optimize fuel efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Utilize MaxSur, ECDIS, and Fleet Management Systems to monitor vessel performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the marine crew, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and drive the implementation of innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine operations, preferably in the oil and chemical tanker industry.
• Certifications in ISM Code, ISPS Code, and STCW Basic Safety Training.
• Proven experience in using MaxSur, ECDIS, and Fleet Management Systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
