📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement CSR strategies that align with PT Timah Tbk’s vision and values.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives on local communities and the environment.
• Coordinate with local government agencies, NGOs, and community leaders to ensure effective CSR program implementation.
• Organize and participate in community engagement activities, such as workshops, seminars, and training programs.
• Liaise with stakeholders to address their concerns and feedback regarding our CSR activities.
• Prepare and present regular reports on CSR initiatives to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant CSR regulations and standards.
• Foster a culture of CSR within the organization and promote sustainable practices among employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CSR, community development, or a related field, preferably in the mining industry.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to CSR and community engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant CSR software tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the tin mining industry and its environmental and social impact.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
