📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.,Organize and participate in community events and promotions to strengthen Yakult's presence in Jakarta.,Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for Yakult in Jakarta.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve targets.,Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and special promotions.,Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and community leaders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or community engagement.,Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.,Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Creative and innovative thinking with a passion for Yakult's brand and mission.
