📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring optimal stock levels to support manufacturing and logistics operations.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.
  • Analyzing procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant procurement policies and procedures.
  • Providing procurement support to the manufacturing and logistics teams as needed.
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to procurement.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on manufacturing and logistics.
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
