📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
• Promote and sell credit products, including personal loans, mortgages, and credit cards.
• Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Develop tailored financial solutions to meet customer's financial goals.
• Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to close deals and secure new clients.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing or sales in the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge of credit products and financial services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.
• Certification in financial services or sales, such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP), is a plus.
