📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of organizational transformation strategies.
• Conduct thorough assessments of current organizational structures, processes, and culture.
• Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and other change management activities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align organizational goals with industry best practices.
• Monitor progress, measure impact, and make data-driven decisions to optimize organizational performance.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.
• Utilize tools like SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging best practices in organizational development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading organizational transformation initiatives.
• Certification in organizational development, change management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel 30-50% of the time for workshops, training sessions, and meetings.
