Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction.
Manage and process shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping orders.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of shipping schedules.
Track and update customer orders and shipping status using our internal systems.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
