📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide social services and support to individuals and families in need.
  • Conduct case assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Offer counseling and psychological support.
  • Organize and participate in community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with other social service providers and organizations.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions.
  • Participate in training and professional development activities.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards in social work practice.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of social work theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid certification or license as a Social Worker (preferred).
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Understanding of local cultural and social issues in Indonesia.
