Asurion, a global leader in technology protection, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director to lead our Customer Solutions Operations in Bali, Indonesia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation and excellence in our customer service and support operations.

As a Senior Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end customer experience, from initial contact to resolution and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support.

This is a full-time position located in Canggu, Bali, with a competitive salary package ranging from IDR 800,000,000 to IDR 1,200,000,000 per year.

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience, ensuring high levels of service and support.
• Lead and mentor a team of Customer Solutions Operations professionals.
• Drive innovation and best practices in customer service and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of customer solutions.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Represent Asurion at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of customer service best practices and technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
