SingHealth Community Hospitals is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate or Associate Executive to join our Business Office (Billing) team. This role is part of our Healthcare Revenue Cycle team, which plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our billing processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare billing and revenue cycle management, and will be able to contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the billing and revenue cycle processes for the healthcare facility, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Work closely with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and reconciliation.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the billing and revenue cycle processes.,Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as insurance companies and government agencies, to ensure the smooth and timely processing of claims and payments.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the continued compliance and success of the billing and revenue cycle processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or healthcare management.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of healthcare billing and revenue cycle management, including knowledge of medical coding, billing, and insurance claims processing.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.,Proficiency in the use of relevant software and tools, such as electronic health records (EHR) systems, billing software, and financial reporting tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and demands.
