📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.,Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations.,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.,Support the sales team in preparing for meetings and presentations.,Assist in the organization of sales events and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both internal and external clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Knowledge of the automotive industry is a bonus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
