📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.,Manage and train warehouse staff to ensure high levels of productivity and efficiency.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage warehouse budget and ensure cost-effective operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian logistics and supply chain regulations is a plus.
