📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and messages.,Check guests in and out, and ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and tidy.,Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing the guest book.,Handle any inquiries or concerns raised by guests or visitors.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with basic computer software and office equipment.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
