📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection,Source and screen potential candidates for various positions,Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies,Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide feedback,Support in the onboarding process for new hires

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or related field,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS),Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Fluency in both Indonesian and English
