📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in administrative tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.,Collaborate with department heads to address employee concerns and resolve issues.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to HR-related projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR best practices and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
