📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the distribution process to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.,Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and order status to prevent stockouts and delays.,Conduct regular route checks to ensure products are delivered to the right locations.,Maintain accurate records of all distribution activities and customer feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of distribution strategies and plans.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for route checks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
