PT Property Nusa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines on-site and remote responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store in Tuban. You will work closely with the team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible shopping experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Manage and mentor the store team, providing training and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using retail management software and tools.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
