📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of our employees.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Assess the learning needs of employees and create customized learning plans to address those needs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training needs and provide tailored solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporate this knowledge into our programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training and development, or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant training tools.,Experience in designing and facilitating training programs for diverse audiences.,Understanding of the local context and culture in Ambon, and ability to tailor learning programs accordingly.
