📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Facilitate employee relations, including addressing grievances and conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Manage HR information systems and ensure data accuracy.,Support the HR manager in special projects and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR information systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
