Hotel Lestari Coffee is looking for a motivated Deputy Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about coffee and has a keen interest in sales. You will be responsible for supporting our sales team and helping to drive sales growth. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue.,Support the sales team by providing market research and competitor analysis.,Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals.,Provide excellent customer service to existing and potential customers.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.,Collaborate with marketing team to promote products and services.,Assist in training new sales representatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or related field.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.,Knowledge of coffee industry is a plus.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
