📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.,Participate in HR meetings and contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other necessary documentation.,Support the HR team in managing employee benefits and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
