📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel and all onboard equipment.
  • Oversee the work of the deck and engine crews.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
  • Plan and execute voyages in accordance with schedules and operational requirements.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
  • Ensure that all crew members are properly trained and certified.
  • Handle any emergencies or incidents that may arise during operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all vessel operations and maintenance.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the maritime industry.
  • Valid Master Mariner's License (or equivalent) and up-to-date STCW certification.
  • Proven track record of safe and efficient vessel operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the local maritime regulations and practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
