📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage a team of sales associates and provide training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Prepare and present sales reports to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in inventory and stock-taking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point of sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
