📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the maintenance and repair of site facilities and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for site maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, including work orders and inspection reports.
• Assist in the planning and execution of site projects and improvements.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support to site staff as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment operation.
• Good understanding of safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
