📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to the recruitment team.,Maintain and update applicant databases and tracking systems.,Assist in organizing and participating in recruitment events and job fairs.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in the recruitment process.,Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
