📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient HR operation.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training and development programs.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
