In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the café, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and supervise the staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Manage the café's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.,Ensure the café is well-stocked and that inventory levels are maintained.,Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the café or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management and process improvement.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Experience in managing and training staff is a plus.
