New Bit Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Manager to join our team in Canggu. As a Lead Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all sales targets are met, and that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.

This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of store managers and staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in retail management, and a strong understanding of customer service and sales.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
  • Manage a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Implement and enforce store policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop store staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.
  • Monitor store performance and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of customer service and sales.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Ability to travel and work weekends and holidays as needed.
