📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage inventory levels, including stock receipts, put-away, picking, and shipping.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve operations.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.,Manage warehouse budget and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control software.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
