📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop accurate job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, both in-person and virtually.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with other departments.,Maintain a strong understanding of the company's culture and values to ensure alignment with potential hires.,Collaborate with managers and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide timely feedback.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports to improve recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining in-office and remote work.
