Berjaya Mining is seeking a dynamic and passionate Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. As a Learning Development Specialist, you will work closely with various departments to understand their learning needs and develop tailored solutions. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs that align with the company's strategic goals and the needs of our employees.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and instructor-led training.,Conduct needs assessments to identify the learning and development needs of our employees.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand their training requirements and provide solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
