Rumah Sakit Dian Tea is looking for a talented and passionate Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our hospital's services and improve our online presence. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from our office in Yogyakarta while also having the flexibility to work remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive patient engagement.,Manage and optimize our hospital's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.,Create and distribute engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics, to educate and inform our audience.,Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, communications, and patient services, to ensure consistent messaging and branding.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and recommend improvements to our strategies.,Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, such as email marketing, paid advertising, and search engine optimization.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the performance of our digital marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms.,Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Hootsuite.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy and engage with our audience.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
