📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and disciplinary actions.,Organize and manage employee training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis.,Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
