Rejeki Hana Fashion is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our retail operations and help drive the success of our store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train store staff to maintain high standards of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customers.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to optimize store performance.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely restocking and product availability.,Assist in planning and executing store promotions and events to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a must.
