Sentral Joko Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our dental clinic. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage client accounts, including scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and resolving any issues or concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our dental services.,Coordinate with the dental team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and transactions.,Assist in the organization and management of dental supplies and equipment.,Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new ideas and initiatives.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in the dental industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.
